Tech specs & Booking Info

With throwing events comes a great deal of time and work. To make things easier for everyone We’ve included a basic list of gear we bring and a few expectations. It always varies depending on what is required for the show. Send us an email through our contact us page if you are confused or want more info!

What we bring & use :

  • Custom built PC w/ UPS and occasional Alienware R2 laptop
  • minimum 2 computer monitors
  • Epson hd1060 3000 lumen projector
  • Akai APC40 Mk2
  • Resolume/MagicmusicVisuals/HeavyM/AfterEffects/Bomes

The basic requirements:

  • All events have a 25% Deposit and the rest is paid before the end of the event. This is to protect everyone involved.
  • if travel is involved, Hotel or accommodations need to be figured out / paid for. We are open to staying in clean homes with safe space to store gear. Gas or flights paid for or negotiated. Travel insurance if we deem necessary
  • If we do not bring a table, booth materials must be supplied. We prefer a raised (covered if outside) booth with a 5 to 8ft table with two chairs if needed. Must be able to see stage from where we are setup.
  • We require 3-7 hours setup depending on the event. Please allow enough time for what we need to setup. Stage design/ setup must be discussed ahead of time and materials double checked. If you aren’t sure about it, double check with us. some materials aren’t great for projections and we want it to look as crisp and clear as possible.
  • The more information you give us about your event, the better the content will be! Give us themes/ colour schemes/ ideas and what you want your event to feel like and we will work with you in every way possible to make your vision come alive.
